Your Move In Inspection.
- We’ve already completed a move in inspection of your home documenting condition.
- If you notice anything that is damaged, and would like to ensure it’s included on your inspection report, email pics and a list to us at info@fpmvt.com.
Maintenance Requests.
- For NON EMERGENCY issues, please submit pictures and a detailed description via the portal.
- FOR EMERGENCY ISSUES, please call our 24/7 emergency maintenance number at 802.777.6543.
Parking Passes & Parking Maps.
- Please be sure to open your welcome envelope. If your property requires parking passes and has a parking map, they’ll be inside of here. Please do follow the parking plan, it makes everything a lot easier for your community.
Paying Rent.
- For most of our residents, you can set up automatic monthly payments via the portal.
- For On Point properties, you can pay rent by either sending a check monthly to: ON POINT PROPERTIES, PO Box 81, Colchester, VT 05446, or with the ACH form you might have already set up.
