Been with them for 2 months and really responsive team! There was a leak under my sink (probably from the previous tenant) and within a day they had someone out here to fix it. Super easy to work with these folks and a special thanks to Ricky Martin for being so easy to get in touch with! I'd highly recommend renting from them!!!
Ricky Martin, our property manager, not only has the NAME of a rockstar, but does the job of a rockstar. He has been extremely helpful with both finding my roommate & I a wonderful apartment close to downtown, as well as helping us get used to living in our new space. I can not recommend working with this company enough, they are honest, professional & kind. In the 10 years that I have been renting, Fusion has been the most positive living experience to date. ♥️♥️♥️
We've been with them for roughly a year now and I've dealt with the owners, sales people, and maintenance people. They have always been prompt, friendly, and professional. My wife and I rented through a more corporate management firm in Burlington the previous year and I have to say that the family vibe at Fusion is a huge breath of fresh air.
